Rent payments and deposits can now be made online using a credit or debit card. Please enter the amount that you wish to pay and fill out all forms completely. We use this information for our records. This will show us who has paid rent or made a deposit. The payment screen will show the transaction as a donation. We understand that it is a payment for rental services and not any kind of donation. We cannot change the wording for the transaction page and only use the donations setting because rental payments vary from tenant to tenant. This setting allows for custom amounts to be entered by the payer, according to their amount of rent due. We are working on resolving this wording issue for the future. Thank you.
